The CSAdvance is a one time advance against your child support, which is secured by the child support funds owed to you. ParentFinancial will recover the advance 100% from the child support funds we collect.

Advances are subject to approval by ParentFinancial. Not all child support case will be eligible for the CSAdvance. Approval of the CSAdvance and its amount is based on the assessment of the non-custodial’s ability to pay the child support. Existing ParentFinancial clients are not eligible to apply for an advance.


Getting Started
Here's what you'll need to apply for a CSAdvance:

• A valid child support court order

• A valid government-issued photo ID

• A recent pay record from the government agency handling your case

• The non-custodial parent must be at least $2,500 in arrears

• To be eligible for the CSAdvance you must enroll your child support case in the ParentFinancial collection network
